Second, Im going to raise the bar when it comes to the quality of work.
If I do not like its quality it's not getting accepted. Simple as that.
I prefer finished work though there are exceptions.

This group is for STRANGE stuff.
Do NOT submit if the only thing 'strange' about your character is skin color or some little horns.
Thats not strange.
Vampire? Not strange.. at all.
Strange as in Hotdog vampire teeth? Ok yeah thats fucking weird but would be accepted.
Or.. spider leg fingers and his skin is melting. Thats more strange then your oc that just has a few odd markings.
